Thanks A Bunch

Today I am sharing a card that I made with the Wild Rose-Briar Stamp Set from Crafter's Companion.

I stamped the leaves directly onto the paper and colored them with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Marker DG3. I stamped the flowers on another piece of paper and colored them with PP5, PP4 & PP2. Then I cut them out and used some flower making tools to roll the edges and give them some dimension before I added them to the card. I added some Crystal Clear Sparkle pen just to the edges of the petals and some Glossy Accents in the flower centers.

Exclusive Scrapper's Delights Image {Kit and Clowder Advent Day 14}

Hey there! Today I am sharing the card I made with this image from Scrapper's Delights. You can only get this image in the Kit and Clowder Facebook group as part of their annual Advent Calendar.

I colored the image with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers and added the white dots on the reindeer with white acrylic paint. I also added some Snowtex for texture on the snow. I decided to keep the rest of the card pretty simple to keep the image as the main focus of the card.

Kit and Clowder Advent Calendar Stamp Anniething Freebie

A few days ago Stamp Anniething gave this adorable free image as part of the Kit & Clowder Advent Calendar. The image is called Brooke as Anna, but I colored her as both Anna and Elsa.  I wanted to make tags for my twin girls, but one is an Anna fan and the other is all about Elsa.

I colored the images with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers, I also used a white gel pen and the Crystal Clear Sparkle pen on Elsa.  I cut some snowflakes and the border with some Crafter's Companion Dies out of purple glitter cardstock.

Bugaboo Stamps Christmas Chaos Day 7 {Freebie Bingo}

So all week I've been calling this Christmas Chaos when it's actually Holiday Chaos, I'm sure you all knew what I was talking about though!

I am so happy that I managed to do all 7 projects again this year. This was the most challenging year for me doing this so far. But I have so much fun playing along with all the challenges, I just had to do them all!

The final challenge is Freebie Bingo. Here's a peek at the Bingo Board.

I used Stocking Santa Ho Ho Ho again, he was the freebie image when I checked the Bugaboo Store this morning. For my Bingo I used the right hand column- Glitter, Snowflakes and non-traditional Holiday colors.

I colored him with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers:  FS9 FS7 FS4 JG6 JG5 JG2 BT7 IB3 IB2 EB1 TN1 IG8 IG6 IG2 IG1

I used a piece of the silver Luxury Mirror Cardstock from Crafter's Companion on the background. That stuff is so cool! And it embosses beautifully, I embssed this piece with snowflakes. I also cut some snowflakes out of Glitter Cardstock in colors that matched the Santa image.

Bugaboo Stamps Christmas Chaos Day 6 {Flashback Holiday}

And now I have my project for day 6 of the Christmas Chaos challenges at Catch the Bug. This time the theme is Flashback Holiday (use an old image and old paper).

I used the image Stocking Santa Ho Ho Ho and some paper that has been in my stash forever (because I've been hoarding it!). It didn't photograph well, but it has really pretty holographic sparkly snowflakes on it.

I colored Santa with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers CR8 PP5 PP4 FS9 FS7 FS4 GG2 GG1 EB2 TN1

Bugaboo Stamps Christmas Chaos Day 5 {Make it Funny}

Hello again! I'm back with my project for Day 5 of the Christmas Chaos challenges at Bugaboo Stamps. The theme this time is "Make it Funny"

Since we live in cold Ohio and my sister lives down South where it's a tad warmer, I thought this would be a fun card to send her.

I used the image called Snowman Family. I added the sentiment in Photoshop before printing the image,

I colored the image with the new Spectrum Noir Illustrator Markers (coming soon to the U.S.).

Illustrator Markers used: True Blue (TB4), Periwinkle (TB2), Pearl Blue (TB1), Dusty Pink (FS2), Pale Mint (BT1), Mango (BO2), Mimosa (GY2) - I love that there is a marker called Mimosa! - Leather (TN7), Earth Brown (EB4), Blue Grey 1 (BGR1).

Bugaboo Stamps Christmas Chaos Day 4 {Clean as Snow}

I'm back again with another Christmas Chaos project- there will be 3 more of these posts coming up! It was a mad dash to get the last 3 projects done in time, but I did it.

The challenge theme for day 4 was "Clean as Snow", or no patterned paper. I used one of the images from the Christmas Trio Blocks image.

I colored the image with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers and placed on a plain white tag that I had embossed with a snowflake pattern. I added a little strip of glittered cardstock just to break up the white a little bit. Then I stamped To: on the bottom and added some ribbon.

Bugaboo Stamps Christmas Chaos Day 3 {Tag With Red & White Stripes}

On the third day of Christmas Chaos...

The challenge is to make a tag with red and white stripes. I didn't see the red and white stripes detail until I after colored my image so I had to get creative with the rest of the tag. Candy Cane Patterned Paper to the rescue!

I used one of the Winter Kidz images for my tag. I added my daughter's name in Photoshop and colored it to match the image. Every Christmas I help Santa by making a gift tag to go on each of my kids' presents Christmas morning.  (See last year's tags HERE)

Bugaboo Stamps Christmas Chaos Day 1 {All That Sparkles}

Christmas Chaos is back at Catch the Bug. I always love this week with Bugaboo Stamps, it's so much fun!

It actually started on Saturday, but I am just now getting around to posting my projects from the weekend. The theme for the first challenge is All That Sparkles.

I used one of the new elf images, Bug Elf 3, and lots of glittered cardstock on my card.

I used some snowflake dies to cut the snowflakes from glittered cardstock in pink and green and the silver Luxury Card from Crafter's Companion. The Silver Foiled paper I used in the background is also from Crafter's Companion. This card really sparkles and shines!

Faux Enamel Embellishments

I have been having a lot of fun making these faux enamel shimmer embellishments to add to my cards. I have a tutorial on making them on the Spectrum Noir Blog today.

On these 2 cards I used a stamp from the Jardin Paris set by Fun Stampers Journey. I am just in love with this flower stamp.

I made about 6 cards similar to these with a variety of sentiments on them. My husband took them to work and the ladies in his office bought them all as soon as they saw them. I guess I should make some more of them!

With Love Christmas Tag {Scrapper's Delights Freebie Friday}

There's a new Freebie Friday available from Scrapper's Delights. It's Christmas Hugs Aww Baby.

I was inspired by another member of the DT. She made a really cute tag with this image, so I decided to copy her and also make a tag.

I think this will look super cute on someone's Christmas present this year!

I colored the image with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers and added some little white dots on her cheeks with paint. I pulled some papers from my Christmas stash along with some ribbon for the tag. I die cut the snowflakes and the sentiment from Glitter Cardstock.

You can find all the information on how to get this image for free on the Scrapper's Delights facebook page.

Merry Christmas

I made this Christmas card with some of the great new holiday products from Crafter's Companion. I love how simple it was to put together this very festive card. I chose some of the more masculine papers from the Traditional Christmas Paper Pad and the gold luxury mirror paper. I think this card will be perfect to send to my Grandpa.

I had a lot of fun coloring this image from Ppinkydolls. I don't know the name of it since I couldn't find in the Ppinkydolls shop and my file just says Ppinkydolls on it. It's one of my favorite Ppinkydoll images, I just love that little fox.

 I colored the image with my Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers (including some of the new colors that will be available soon- they are fabulous!). I was pretty excited to get to use my fox patterened paper, I just love it and it goes perfectly with this image.

I used the woodgrain Textures embossing folder on the brown background piece. That was a pretty thin piece of paper so it sort of tore a little bit when I embossed it and I was actually pretty happy with that mistake. I think it adds even more texture to the otherwise plain brown background. I added some Nuvo drops in the top corner and finished it off with some rhinestones and die cuts.

Here is the color palette for this card- feel free to pin it :)

P.S. I could have sworn I posted this card already but that post seems to have disappeared, so I apologize if this is a duplicate post. Darn computers.

I used this adorable image from the Angelica and Adam CD.  I also used the butterfly paper from the English Country Paper Pad and the English Country Floral Vine Edge Die

I colored the image with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers and the clear sparkle pen.

I finished it off with some ribbon, rhinestones and enamel dots from my stash.

Freebie Friday {Honey Anime}

It's time again for a new Freebie Friday at Scrapper's Delights. This time we have a variation of the image from last time, Honey Anime

I decided to use a stitched circle die to crop the image.  I colored her with Spectrum Noir Markers and added some of the clear Sparkle Pen to the pink side of her hair.

The sentiment is Confetti Kindness from Unity Stamp Company, the inside is stamped with "that shi* is free".
